5. Export Restrictions

6. Terms of Use for ISA United File Share

Members of ISA United are considered Authorized Users and are granted access to the ISA United Library. Authorized users may download, save, or print text, search results, or other information from the ISA United Library solely for private use or use as a research based tool. The Authorized User may only use the online access in a way that conforms with all applicable laws and regulations. All documents and other information received from the ISA United Library are prohibited from for-profit use or false claims of ownership. Authorized user shall not redistribute any ISA United Library material included therein to a country where the export thereof is prohibited by U.S. law or regulation.
The Authorized User may not circumvent ISA United's access control systems or use ISA United's systems or services to make any attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other system or network.
7. Applicable Law and Venue

Any action, proceeding, dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Site, or these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas. All claims, actions, proceedings and disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in Texas, and all parties consent to personal jurisdiction in Texas.
8. Complete Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between ISA United and any viewer of this site, and supersedes any prior, contemporaneous, conflicting or additional communications, representations, warranties or understandings with respect to this site and the information on this site. ISA United reserves the right to terminate access to any user who does not abide by these Terms and Conditions.
9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ISA United, its officers, directors, employees, members, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, alleging or resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Membership
​
We request information from the user on our membership application. Here a user must provide contact information (i.e., name and email address) additionally financial information (credit card number, expiration date) will be requested for purposes of membership fees. This information will only be used for authorized billing purposes, if we have trouble processing a membership fee, the contact information is used to get in touch with the member/user, if no contact is made the ISA United membership will be canceled.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your membership, contact info@isaunited.org. There are no refunds, once you have cancelled your membership, you will continue to have access until the expiration date which is 12 months after joining.
11. Security

This website takes every precaution to protect users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
