5. Export Restrictions

Any provision of such products, services, or information contrary to U.S. law is strictly prohibited.
6. Terms of Use for ISA United File Share
Members of ISAUnited are considered Authorized Users and are granted access to the ISAUnited Library. Authorized users may download, save, or print text, search results, or other information from the ISAUnited Library solely for private use or use as a research-based tool. The Authorized User may only use the online access in a way that conforms with all applicable laws and regulations. All documents and other information received from the ISAUnited Library are prohibited from for-profit use or false claims of ownership. Authorized user shall not redistribute any ISAUnited Library material included therein to a country where the export thereof is prohibited by U.S. law or regulation.
The Authorized User may not circumvent ISAUnited's access control systems or use ISAUnited's systems or services to make any attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other system or network.
7. Applicable Law and Venue
Any action, proceeding, dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Site, or these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas. All claims, actions, proceedings and disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in Texas, and all parties consent to personal jurisdiction in Texas.
8. Complete Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between ISAUnited and any viewer of this site, and supersede any prior, contemporaneous, conflicting, or additional communications, representations, warranties, or understandings with respect to this site and the information on this site. ISAUnited reserves the right to terminate access to any user who does not abide by these Terms and Conditions.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ISAUnited, its officers, directors, employees, members, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, alleging or resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Membership
ISAUnited offers institutional and individual memberships on a subscription basis. During the membership application process, we request information necessary to establish and manage your membership. This includes your name and email address. Financial information, including credit card details and expiration date, is collected solely for authorized billing purposes related to membership fees.
ISAUnited uses this information only to administer memberships, process payments, and communicate with members regarding their accounts. If we encounter difficulty processing a membership payment, we will use the provided contact information to attempt to resolve the issue. If payment issues cannot be resolved and no response is received, the membership may be suspended or canceled.
Membership Renewals
ISAUnited memberships are billed on an annual, auto-renewing basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize ISAUnited to automatically renew your membership each year and charge the applicable membership fee to the payment method on file.
Members may manage renewal settings or cancel auto-renewal at any time through the membership portal prior to the renewal date. Continued use of membership benefits after renewal constitutes acceptance of the renewal terms.
Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time through the membership portal or by contacting info@isaunited.org. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Upon cancellation, members will retain full access to membership benefits until the end of the current membership term. The membership term expires 12 months from the original join or most recent renewal date, after which access will terminate and no further charges will be applied.
11. Security
This website takes every precaution to protect users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
